Frequently Asked Questions

How many credits do I get?

Free accounts get 100 credits each month, plus 250 trial credits at signup. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance: Investor 500, Trader 1,500, Power 4,000. You can top up at any time with credit packs valid for 6 months.

What do different reports cost?

A credit is the unit we charge for generated output. A full Deep Research report on a single company is around 100 credits, an Ultra Deep Earnings Call report 150, an earnings-call recap 80, a short overview 30, a three-model analysis 400, a ticker comparison 5–7, and a report diff is free. Cache hits cost the same so pricing stays predictable.

Are there subscriptions, or can I just pay as I go?

Both. Free stays useful for on-demand research, and you can add top-up credit packs when you need more. Paid plans add automated monitoring features and are cheaper per report for active users.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No seat fees, no per-user charges, no usage overage surprises - when your credits run out, generation simply pauses until you top up or your subscription renews.

Can I roll over unused credits?

Top-up credits are valid for 6 months from purchase. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle, so use them during the period; trial credits on the Free plan expire after 30 days.
